RESERVING A SLOT
To reserve a slot, please send me a message request using my Instagram @shimiiso, I'll usually respond within 24 hours.ORDERING
1. Pick your commission type: chibi, regular, or emote set.
2. Next provide me reference photos of the character(s). The more the merrier. Tell me the pose you would like, the expression, the background, and etc. Don't worry if you don't have all the details you need, we can figure it out together.(Additionally, you could also reference any of my artworks if you want it done in a certain style.)3. If you have a specific deadline that you need it to be done by, then please let me know ahead of time. There will be a rush fee (an additional 25% of the base price) for faster completion.PAYMENT
- Once you are sure of your order, I will confirm the order details and price with you.
- Next, please send me your PayPal (Zelle for now) and be ready to pay 100% of the cost upfront. I will send you an invoice which must be paid within 7 days or the order is cancelled. No exceptions are allowed.
(I will not begin drawing until the invoice is paid)

Drawing Process

1. If you'd like you can provide me a basic sketch of what you have in mind. Otherwise, I will begin by sketching several thumbnails for you to pick from.
2.. Once you've decide on a sketch, I will start drawing. To ensure that the final product is to the customer's satisfaction, there will be one to two phases (depending on what commission you order):PHASE ONE
Once I finish the lineart, I will check back with you to see that everything is to your liking.
PHASE TWO
I will lay down the flat colors and check back with you once more to see if there are any changes that need to be made
- After this phase I will not be making anymore changes to the piece.
- The commission will take from a week to a month, depending on my schedule, and I will always provide you with a rough estimate.Completed!
- When the drawing is done, I will email you two versions of the drawing:
One will be with my watermark and the other will be without.
- The final product is yours to keep and use ( NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY!! )
- If you plan to share this on your socials, please make sure to use the watermarked version and credit me just like you would with any other artist you commission.Thank you for commissioning me and I look forward to working with you!
